Sandeep is co-founder and CEO of TalSol and is passionate about developing people. Sandeep is a highly pedigreed professional, with immaculate academic record from reputed educational institutions such as Delhi Public School, RK Puram and Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi. Sandeep secured 2 nd rank in high school and topped college in his B Com (Hons) program, and following his graduation, went on to join Arthur Andersen & Co for completing his article ship and Chartered Accountancy with national rank of 22.

Sandeep spent most of his professional career across Andresen/EY and Deloitte, serving EY India and Deloitte India as Partner for more than a decade. 20+ years consulting stint gave him a unique global perspective on how to build a scaled talent- centric business, and throughout his Partnership, Sandeep continued to contribute to the Talent Agenda at these firms. Since 2021, Sandeep has committed to building and scaling a global learning & development company and has led several impactful programs for Big 4 consulting firms, large technology services firms and global capability centers based in India.

Sandeep enjoys photography and driving and is an accomplished wildlife photographer whose work has been featured several times by National Geographic. While Sandeep is based in Gurugra, Haryana, India, he has had the privilege of working in 3 countries and travelling across more than 40 countries.

Karthik is co-founder of TalSol and is also the CEO of our LearnTech venture Otaru AI.

Karthik is co-founder of TalSol and is also the CEO of our LearnTech venture Otaru AI. Karthik is an Engineer from IIT Madras and an MBA from IIM Lucknow, and has worked across global consumer companies such as Procter and Gamble, global consulting firms such as Deloitte Consulting, and global technology giants such as Uber. Karthik’s heart lies in technology right from his consulting days at Monitor Deloitte, where he was the Partner sponsor for guiding Automotive and Consumer clients on Digital Transformation. Karthik served Uber as Head of Strategy for Uber Eats for Asia Pacific, and CEO for Uber Eats Taiwan Market.

His passion for technology and learning inspired him to found Otaru AI, a GenAI enabled learning resolution which will transform the way professionals learn and grow. It also enabled former Partner colleagues Sandeep and Karthik to form a new kind of Partnership at TalSol and Otaru, to bring global transformative change in Learning & Development.

Karthik is a fitness enthusiast, and if he was not building TalSol and Otaru, he would have been building a HealthTech company. His love for fitness, discipline to make fitness happen and consistency to deliver makes him a valuable co-founder at TalSol and a valuable learning advisor to our clients. Karthik is based in Singapore, SG.

Puja leads Human Skills programs, and has more than 10,000 training hours under her belt. She has served several professional services firms, including Accenture and Deloitte. She specializes in human skills and has been instrumental in running large scale programs for leading corporates across India. Puja drives our content strategy, facilitator pool in excess of 500 accomplished human skills trainers, instructional design, and the nuances in building out human skills programs for Otaru AI.

David is a business technologist and enables change with technology and is passionate about enabling change with technology. Most recently he has dedicated his experience towards helping organisations chart out the new world of GenAI, and how GenAI will shape the talent agenda in times to come.

David is a former EY UK Partner and was EY’s global leader for Data Sciences in his last formal corporate role. David leads our thinking and programs related to GenAI and guides the development process for Otaru AI. With David’s vast network in technology, cyber security, data sciences and GenAI, TalSol has access to global technology leaders based in Europe, United States, Australia and Asia Pacific.

David is passionate about giving back and contributes his time to education related initiatives directed at making an impact on children with disabilities and across a select set of academic institutions. David is based in London, United Kingdom.

Srinivas Uppaluri is a leadership coach, and a former business leader at Infosys and Andersen Consulting. In his last corporate role, Srini was Director of Marketing for Infosys and drove strategies to position Infosys for success across global markets. Srini is a visiting facilitator at several business schools such as ISB and invests a significant amount of his time in doing leadership research. Srini runs a leadership platform called Unleashed, which is a collection of 15+ years of his research and enriching content. Additionally, Srini has covered more than 40 senior business leaders on his podcast focused on leadership agenda.

Ekhlaque Bari (EB) is an engineer from IIT Kharagpur and an MBA from SP Jain. He has more than 25 years of experience in running Tech functions for large global companies, and in leading GenAI programs for several large companies and business schools. EB guides our approach towards making GenAI trainings contextual and use-case drive, and is helping us sharpen the GenAI agenda at TalSol.

Abizer is a former senior Partner at EY and KPMG, and most recently, was the National Leader for Financial Services for EY India, and a member of EY India’s leadership team. Abizer is a leadership mentor, and coaches several start-up founders and business executives. He is frequently invited by members of print and television media for his views on Indian Financial Services Industry and also serves as visiting faculty at a few academic institutions. Abizer guides our leadership development programs for senior leaders, and also facilitates some of them.
